We have standard group training programs ranging from 1-day workshops to multi-day, comprehensive programs. Our most popular program is our 2-day How to Manage Employee Relations and Conduct HR Internal Investigations program, delivered either on-site on two, consecutive days (generally 8:00-4:30 pm) or virtual, facilitated in four, 3.5 hour virtual class sessions. Additionally, our 1-day Productive Conflict Workshop is an excellent program to help managers, HR, and Employee Relations professionals improve skills in managing conflicts and handling employee relations’ issues.

For team/group training we schedule according to your needs, so even if you need to train in the evening or on a weekend to accommodate different shifts, we can do that!

HOW TO PARTNER WITH US TO BRING AN HR INVESTIGATIONS TRAINING EVENT TO YOUR ORGANIZATION:

There are many variables that will affect the cost of a training program, so it will be helpful for you to review the following questionnaire and have answers to these questions prior to reaching out to us. In doing so, it will enable us to much more quickly be able to give you our instructor availability and pricing for your project.

1. How many in your team/group will you need to train?

2. Who is the audience? HR Business Partners? Employee Relations Managers? Or, employee relations training for your Managers?

3. When would you like to schedule the training delivery? Important Note: mid-week days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are the most desirable “peak” days for scheduling training. Generally we schedule team and group training programs about 60-90+ days in advance. If you wish to schedule a training event right away, such as within 30-45 days, it can be done. However, the availability of mid-week dates to schedule may. not be available. However, if you have the flexibility to schedule training for your team or group on Mondays or Fridays, we can generally accommodate booking your training program and delivering it within 30 days. Also, events do sometimes get postponed so please contact us and we’re happy to talk with you about our instructor availability for your team or group.

4. What experience level is the team/group?

5. What are your desired outcomes from the training? e.g. What does the senior leader want the training program to accomplish for the organization?

6. On-site training? Would you like one of our instructors to come to your worksite or designated location? Or, would you like to have your team or group come to us? We are located in the greater Daytona Beach, Florida area and facilitate training for groups of attendees up to 75 using meeting space at the Halifax River Yacht Club in Daytona Beach. We can also facilitate training at a designated venue in the Orlando area as we are located approximately 40 miles from Orlando.

7. Will all of your attendees be able to attend class at one time? Or, will you need to schedule “repeater” training classes to accommodate the headcount? e.g. “Group 1” attend class on Tuesday-Wednesday and “Group 2” attends class on Thursday-Friday to maintain adequate operational coverage.

8. Virtual class? How many time zones will the attendees be in? What is your desired training schedule? Daytime or Evenings or both?

9. Will the attendees all be U.S. based employees or will you have some international attendees?

10. Who will be responsible for the approval of the training project? We will need to know the name and contact information of the leader with the approval authority for the training project, as this will be needed when we prepare the services agreement with program details and pricing.
